RBS cards are offered by the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS). The Royal Bank of Scotland cards come with a variety of features and have a worldwide acceptance.

The Royal Bank of Scotland: History & Present

The Royal Bank of Scotland plc is the retail banking subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc. Its roots can be traced back to 1727, when it was established in Edinburgh, under a royal charter. Over the years it has carried out a number of mergers and acquisitions, including the acquisition of the National Westminster Bank, in 2000.   • A low purchase rate of 8.9% for the first eight months

  • Daily cash advances worth £300

  • No annual fee

  • Minimum credit limit of £300

Student

  • No annual fee

  • 18.9 % APR

  • Minimum credit limit of £500

Private

  • Typical APR of 14.9%

  • Introductory purchase rate of 8.9%

  • Minimum credit limit of £5000

  • Inaugural balance transfer rate for three months is 8.9% p.a.

Black

  • Minimum credit limit of £ 15,000

  • Extensive travel services and access to the airport’s executive lounge

  • Only applicants with an annual income of £75,000 and above 25 years are eligible

  • Annual fee is £250

However, all the inaugural offers that are available on the RBS cards are subject to timely interest payments and adherence to the credit limit.
