History of Bank of India

Bank of India was established in 1906 by a group of businessmen in Mumbai. The Bank remained under private ownership till it was nationalized in1969. Bank of India was one of the first nationalized banks to establish a fully computerized branch and ATM facility, way back in 1989.

Shatabdi Krishi Vikas Card (VISA)

This card is issued to agricultural borrowers of the Bank, throughout the country. Farmers who have agricultural loan accounts with Cash Credit/Crop Loan facility of Rs.50,000 and above, and land mortgaged to the Bank for crop loan/other investment loan account can apply for this card.
