Petro Canada credit cards are issued by Citibank. However, you can make online payments of the Petro Canada credit card dues by using your online Petro Canada account, known as My Petro-Canada. By registering for this account, you can perform the following tasks from the comfort of your home or office at any time of the day:
- Check your Petro-Points balance
- Protect the balance on your Fuel Savings Reward card
- Reload your Fuel Savings Reward card
- Register your CAA membership

Petro Canada Credit Card Payment Online: Pre-Requisite
To be able to register for My Petro-Canada, you should be a member of Petro-Points. You will need your Petro-Points membership number to start the registration process. Once you register, you can log in to your My Petro-Canada account by specifying the email address and password specified by you during the registration process.
Petro Canada Credit Card Payment Online: What if You Forget your Login Password?
If you forget your password to the My Petro-Canada account:
- Go to the login page.
- Click the “Forgot your password” link within the “Login to your Account” box.
- Type your email address used for the login process.
- Type the code you see in the image into the text box. This ensures that the password is not being reset by a computer application.
- If you cannot read the text in the image, you can request for a new code to be displayed by clicking the refresh button to the right of the image.
