Online Banking is a convenient 24-hour electronic service offered by ICICI Bank Canada to all its customers. You can use this service to:
- View account balances, transaction history and account details.
- Download your statement for a period up to one year. You can view this statement in various formats (on-screen, Excel, Word or Microsoft Money).
- Transfer funds from your savings or chequing account in one ICICI Bank Canada’s branch to another.
- Import your financial information to Microsoft Money.
You can use Online Banking to pay your ICICI Canada credit card dues. The bank does not charge any monthly fee for using Online Banking. However, you might have to pay service charges on every transaction, based on the type of account you have with ICICI Bank Canada.
ICICI Canada Credit Card Payment Online: Prerequisite
Before you can access ICICI Canada’s Online Banking service, you need to:
- Open an account with the bank. When your account opens, the bank sends a ten-digit Temporary Reference Number (TRN).
- Write a personal cheque payable to yourself and drawn on a Canadian financial institution as your initial deposit to the account. This cheque must be mailed to:

- Obtain your Customer Identification (CIF) number. This is your Online Banking user ID and password. The bank sends this when your cheque gets cleared.
ICICI Canada Credit Card Payment Online: Steps
The steps to pay your ICICI Canada credit card dues online are:

Go to http://www.icicibank.ca/default.htm.

Click on the Personal Login button in the Online Banking box.

Log in by using your user ID and password supplied by the bank.

Click the “Credit Card payments” menu option under the “Click to Pay” menu on the left pane of the screen.

You can pay either from the ICICI bank account or from certain other partner banks. Select the bank that has the account from which you would like to make your ICICI Bank credit card payment from the dropdown menu.

Select your ICICI bank card type.

Enter your 16-digit ICICI credit card number and the amount you would like to pay.

You will be redirected to the payment interface of the bank you selected.

Enter your authentication details, such as the net banking user ID and password.

Confirm the payment amount. The amount will be instantaneously debited from your account.

You will receive a Transaction Reference Number (TRN) on the successful completion of the transaction.
