The Black MasterCard is available to exclusive customers of the issuing financial institutions. It is available to only those individuals with exceptionally good credit ratings. Black MasterCard offer high purchasing limits and special benefits exclusively to the cardholder.

Black MasterCard: Benefits

MasterCard Global Service: This program extends the card issuers’ customer service to the global network. The MasterCard Global Service offer special privileges while traveling to a foreign nation. The services offered under this program include:

  • Lost or stolen card reporting to initiate the process of card cancellation or replacement.

  • Emergency card replacement within two working days anywhere in the world.

    •  

  • Emergency cash arrangement in case of unforeseen circumstance.

    • MasterTravel: Black MasterCard offers coverage against accidental death or dismemberment while traveling. This program covers the cardholder, spouse and children up to the age of 18. However, the travel tickets have to necessarily be purchased through the Black MasterCard.

    MasterRental: This program insures the cardholder against damage or theft of the rental vehicle. However, the car has to be rented on the name of the cardholder and s/he has to deny a damage waiver as offered by the car rental firm. This insurance pays the maximum amount, equivalent to the market value of the rented car, which should not exceed the maximum limit mentioned under the MasterRental program.

    MasterAssist: The cardholder and his or her dependents are eligible for emergency assistance while traveling at least 100 miles away from the cardholder’s city of residence. This facility offers assistance only and the expenses have to be borne by the individual. The services offered under MasterAssist are emergency medical aid, immediate cash dispense, travel information and communication of important messages.

    MasterAssist Black: Under this program the Black MasterCard cardholder and his or her dependents are eligible for special travel cover. It includes insurance against baggage loss, trip cancellation and trip delay.

    Personal Assist: MasterCard offers personal assistant services for exclusive Black MasterCard holders. A personal assistance is available for conducting services such as baby sitting, pet care and shopping.

    Priority Pass Airport Lounge Access: Black MasterCard users have access to the VIP lounge at airports in over 75 countries. This facility is available to all Black MasterCard holders, irrespective of the booked airline and travel class.

    The Black MasterCard is not available in all the nations. The company offers this exclusive credit card to customers in the US, Europe, Middle East and major economic centers in Asia.
