Western Union Credit Card Payment Online

Western Union credit cards are not regular credit cards. Rather they are prepaid credit cards that require the loading of funds. Moreover, the cardholder has to be physically present at the time of the loading of funds. You could also create an online account for easier access to Western Union credit card services.

Western Union Credit Card Payment Online: Login Procedure
For advancing payments through your Western Union credit card, follow these steps:

Log on to www.westernunion.com and click on ‘Sign in’ to access your Western Union credit card online account. Once you are directed to the new page, click on ‘I am a returning customer’ and furnish your user ID and password. Click on ‘continue’ to proceed and initiate the payment.

If you are a new customer, click on ‘sign up here!’ The registration process of Western Union credit cards is as follows:
  • Provide personal information, such as name, address, contact details and email address. At this stage, you can also opt to accept or reject the disclosure of personal information to Western Union affiliated companies, for marketing purposes.
  • Supply security information, including username, password and date of birth. Also select three security questions from the dropdown menu for password retrieval and click on ‘continue.’

  • Provide payment information by clicking on ‘Yes, I would like to save a card to my profile.’ Select the card type, expiration month and year from the dropdown menu. Also, type your account number and your name, as it appears on the card. Click on ‘continue.’ You could also choose to proceed and complete this step later, once the account has been activated.

Finally, verify your details and provide confirmation to activate the account. Enter your user ID and password in the login section on the homepage to access your Western Union credit card account and advance payments.
