The third international seminar of Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OPEC) is going to be held on 12-13 September 2006 in Vienna, Austria. The seminar will concentrate upon the challenges and opportunities for the OPEC in the global energy scenario.
The third international seminar of Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OPEC) is going to be held on 12-13 September 2006 in Vienna, Austria. The seminar will concentrate upon the challenges and opportunities for the OPEC in the global energy scenario.
The participants includes the ministers from all the eleven member countries such as Algeria, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Libya, Nigeria, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Venezuela.
The seminar will focus the following areas:
- Expanding oil production capacity
- Petroleum Technology Advancement
- Sustainable Development in the petroleum industry
- New Challenges in the energy sector
