China and Macedonia trade
In latest news from Macedonia export, import and trade, China is keen on putting its money in agricultural sector of Macedonia. In 2008 fiscal aggregate financial worth of bilateral trade between Macedonia and China had been $12.4 million. Macedonia import from China had exceeded Macedonia export to China, which was more symbolic in nature.
Bulgaria and Macedonia export, import and trade
Macedonia has been a major trading partner of Bulgaria. However, in recent times there has been a 30 percent decrease in Bulgarian exports to Macedonia. Imports made by Bulgaria from Macedonia have reduced in excess of 66.66 percent.

At present Macedonian economy is going through a transitional phase whereby it is reconstructing its economy. A major one in these steps is to make sure that it can increase its exports.
Serbia and Macedonia export, import and trade
As far as first quarter of 2009 fiscal is concerned bilateral trade between Macedonia and Serbia has reduced at a significant rate. Statistics reveal that its approximate value was $123.1 million. This figure is 38.9 percent lesser than figures in first quarter of 2008 fiscal.
At that same time Serbia exported goods and services worth $496 million to Macedonia. This was 13 percent more than what had happened in first quarter of 2008. Aggregate financial worth of goods and services imported from Macedonia was $370 million. This was an increase equivalent to 24 percent when judged against first quarter of 2008.
Macedonia export
In first quarter of 2009 fiscal there has been a decrease of 43.4 percent in its overall export activities as compared to first quarter of 2008 fiscal. In same period there has been a decrease of 27.8 percent from imports of Macedonia in first quarter of 2008 fiscal.
Macedonia trade
As of first quarter of 2009 there has been a decrease of 33.5 percent from January to March 2009 as far as its aggregate foreign trade during a similar period in 2008 fiscal is concerned. During first quarter of 2009 aggregate worth of goods and services exported by Macedonia was $521 million and its total imports were worth $1.14 billion. This meant a trade deficit of $620 million.
