BP

BP is a British energy company founded in the year 1908 in the name of Anglo Persian oil company and in the year 1954 as the British petroleum company.

It is the largest oil company in the world for its turnover in the year 2005. Its turnover with sales is calculated at $285 Billion in the same year. In the year 2005, the Forbes Global 2000 ranked it as the 9th largest company in the world.
