In order to register for Direct Banking, or online banking, users must have both a FirstBank card as well as the account numbers associated with the FirstBank card. Those who have previously registered for Telephone Banking are able to bank online immediately with their existing passwords. Windows users must also have the supported browsers which are Internet Explorer 6, 7 or Mozilla Firefox 1.5 or later. Mac users must have Safari 3.0.4 or later or Firefox 1.5 or later.
