The relationship between India and the United states has increased very fast in the recent years. The visit of India’s Prime Minister to US in the last year and US President’s visit to India this year have strengthened the relationship between the two nations.
The California based US Asia Business Forum (USABF) with the co-operation of the Mayor and City of Los Angeles, will be organizing “US-India Investment Seminar & Business Expo 2006” on August 21 – 22, 2006. The venue of the event is fixed at Los Angeles Convention Center, California, USA.

This event is organized to project the India’s opportunity to the US companies. The areas of the seminar, which will be participated by the US Corporations, are as follows:

The Business Expo will attract the participants from different sectors including the Textiles, Engineering Products, Pharmaceuticals, Gems & Jewellery, Handicrafts, Toys, Gifts, Leather Products, and Higher Education.
More than 20,000 people from the State of California and the neighboring states will attend the same.The FICCI has stepped forward for coordinating the Indian participation in this event.
This investment seminar and the business expo is supported by Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA), Global Organization Of People Of Indian Origin (GOPIO), Asian American Convenience Stores Association (AACSA), The Asian-American Chamber of Commerce of Georgia, Inc., South Asian Americans for Government Accountability (SAAGA), American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (AAPIO) and National Federation of Indian-American Associations (NFIA).
