There are seven different categories of Capital One Credit Cards – Miles, Limited Credit History, Cash Back, Small Business, Points, Students and Low APR. The credit cards of Capital One can be availed by consumers with all kinds of credit records. There are two different Capital One Miles Credit Cards – Capital One No Hassle Miles Rewards and Capital One No Hassle Miles Ultra – For Professionals.
Capital One No Hassle Miles Rewards offers the holders a 13.9% APR in case of transfers of balance and purchases. The cardholders also stand to earn 1.25 for every dollar they spend on buying things with the card. This card does not have restrictions regarding seats and blackout dates. There are no expiry dates on the miles and the cardholders can earn any number of miles. There are no annual fees and the cardholders also receive balance transfer facilities. However, in order to avail the card the applicant needs to have an excellent credit record.
The cardholders of Capital One No Hassle Miles Ultra – For Professionals stand to earn 2 miles for every dollar they spend for purchasing goods with the card. There are not any blackout dates as well as restrictions on seat in case of this card. There are no expiry dates on the miles earned and the cardholders can earn any amount of miles. There is an APR of 13.9% on transfers of balance and purchases. The annual fee of this card is 39 dollars and there are balance transfer facilities. The credit record needed to avail these cards has to be excellent.
There are two broad categories in the Capital One Cash Back Credit Cards section – the Capital One No Hassle Cash Rewards and the Capital One No Hassle Cash Rewards Card. There are two types of Capital One No Hassle Cash Rewards Cards that offer almost the same terms and conditions. The points of difference between these two cards is that one offers an APR of 14.9% and requires an excellent credit record in order to be availed and the other one offers an APR of 16.9% and requires a good credit record in order to be availed.
Both the cards have no annual fees and offer balance transfer facilities. The cardholders of both the cards can earn 2% cashback in case of purchases made at the gas stations as well as leading grocery outlets and a 1% cashback on all the other buys. In case of both the cards the cash backs are unlimited and the rewards are supposed to last as long as the credit card account lasts. The cardholders of both the cards can claim their rewards as per their convenience.
Capital One No Hassle Cash Rewards card offers the holders a 25% annual bonus for the money earned by them. They may also receive 1% cash back on every buy made by them. At present, there is an offer of a 0% APR on buys. This offer is valid till December, 2008. After this period the APR is supposed to be 16.9%. There are no restrictions on the cash back. The rewards are also expected to last as long as the credit card account lasts. The cardholders can also recover the cash earned by them as per their convenience.
