Affin Malaysia Credit Card Payment Online: Registering for Online Banking 

Registering for AFFINBANK Online Banking is essential to make Affin Malaysia credit card payments online. Steps to register for online banking are:

  • Click on the First Time Login option in the affinOnline.com menu.

  • Enter your 16-digit Access Card Number printed on your AFFINBANK Bankcard.

  • Enter the online banking PIN. This PIN is the T-PIN you would have registered at an AFFINBANK ATM machine.

  • Click on the Activate button to proceed further.

  • Create your username (a minimum of six digits) and password (a maximum of eight alphanumeric characters). Click on the Confirm button.

  • The Terms and Conditions page is displayed. Read the document and accept the terms to move forward.

  • The screen displays three questions. The answer to these questions will be asked in case you forget your password. Type the answers for these questions for the bank’s record.

  • Click the Next button.

  • The screen summarizes the questions and your answers. Verify their accuracy and click the Next button. (If there is some mistake in the answers, you can modify them by clicking on the Edit Request button.) 

Affin Malaysia Credit Card Payment Online: Steps

 

To make Affin Malaysia credit card payments online:

  • Click on the Login option in the affinOnline.com menu.

  • Type your username and password and click on the Login button.

  • Click on the Payments option in the navigation bar.

  • You should register a payee before you can pay your bills. This will save you the trouble of entering the details every time you pay bills. To do this, click on the “Registered Payment” option.

  • Click on the “Registered Payee” link on the right of the Pay To dropdown menu.

  • Choose a security token to ensure that none other than you can access your Retail Internet Banking account.

  • Click on the Confirm button.

  • The screen shows a Quicklist that contains numerous payees. If your biller (Affin Malaysia credit card) is listed there, click on the name and click on the Next button.

  • If the biller is not in the Quicklist, click on the Category dropdown menu and select your payee’s category and click on the Next button.[br]

  • Click the Pay To dropdown menu, select the payee and click on the Next button.

  • Type name for the payee (optional), bill account number and bill accountholder name.

  • Save this payee to a Pay Many list to enable simultaneous payments to several payees. Verify that the “Save to Pay Many List” checkbox is clicked and click the Next button.

  • Verify the details and enter the six-digit TAC (Transaction Authentication Code) number. If you do not have the TAC number, you can click the Request TAC link next to the TAC textbox.

  • Click on the Confirm button.

  • To pay a bill, click on the “Registered Payment” option.

  • Select Affin Malaysia credit card from the Select an Account dropdown menu.

  • Choose the account from which you want to pay the bill.

  • Type the amount, payment date and frequency and click the Next button.

  • Confirm the payment details and click the Confirm button.
