The steps to register for the Online Account Management service for making Mothercare credit card payments online are:

• Log on to the Mothercare credit card site.
• Click the “my mothercare account” option on the menu bar.
• Click the Register button.
• Type the account number and password. The password you type now should be the one that you originally listed on your application form.
• Enter the Card Security Code, email address, phone number and date of birth.
• Read the terms and condition for Online Account Manager and convey your acceptance by clicking the “I have read and agree to the Mothercard Online Account Manager Terms & Conditions” checkbox.
• Choose the three security questions that the Online Account Manager will ask you to answer in case you forget your sign in details. Specify their answers to complete the Security Questions section.

After you complete the registration process, the company will email you your temporary password for the Online Account Manager service. When you sign in for the first time, you need to use this password, along with the account number, to enter your account in the service.

 

If you forget your online password, reset the password through the following steps:

• Click the “forgotten online password” link next to the Online Password textbox in the Sign In window.
• Enter your account number, card security code, email address and date of birth details and click on the Submit button.

 

Mothercare will send a temporary password to your email address. Change this password to a new one the first time the first time you log in with it. With the ability to make Mothercare credit card payments online, you need no longer waste time and effort in traveling to the payment counter each month.
