Turkish Garanti BBVA Introduces Biometric Card To Enhance Banking Experience

Garanti BBVA, a prominent bank in Turkey, has launched a Mastercard contactless credit card. This innovative card comes with an in-built fingerprint scanner.

In other to pay with the bonus Platinum Biometric credit Card, customers can touch a contactless terminal and verify their fingerprints. Clients can also decide to include a password requirement.

Garanti BBVA Wants To Simplify Banking Experience For Customers

Deputy General Manager of Garanti BBVA, Murat Çağrı Süzer stated that, while using the Bonus Platinum Biometric Card, clients can make safe payments easily and quickly by using their fingerprint. They don’t have to recall their PINs or specify contactless limits.

Garanti Payment and Digital Currency Service is now getting ready to introduce a beta release of its online banking services Branded as TAMİ.

TAMİ will enable small, medium, and big companies based in Turkey to collect and monitor payments without difficulty. It will also allow the companies to offer installment payment options from all banks to their customers.
