Trade Nation has joined the list of brokerage companies that are expanding their presence in the market by securing sports sponsorship deals. The FX and CFDs broker has secured a new partnership deal with an English football club known as Aston Villa.

Trade Nation to sponsor Aston Villa

The brokerage company secured the status of the “Official Sleeve and Trading Partner” of the football club. The broker will support the men’s and women’s senior teams under this sponsorship deal.

The multi-year partnership deal and the branding issued by the broker will be displayed on the first team shorts and the retail shirts. The Chief Marketing Officer at Trade Nation, Emma Stacey, said that the partnership would be an important milestone in the growth plan while promoting brand awareness using sports.

“Our partnership with Aston Villa is an important milestone on our growth plan – extending awareness of our online trading platform and building brand awareness through the power of football,” Stacey said.

Stacey has also said that Aston Villa has a history of success. He further noted that the broker was pleased to be working with the football club at a time that was exciting for the two organizations.

Securing deals with sports clubs

The partnership deal announced by the company also comes at the start of a new Premier League season. Aston Villa will be among the clubs that will participate in one of the largest football competitions across Europe.

Aston Villa is a popular football club that is located in Birmingham. The club plays through its home ground Villa Park, with a seating capacity of over 42,000 fans. The club also has a massive social media presence.

The club has over 3 million followers on Instagram, 2.3 million followers on Twitter, and another 5.1 million followers on Facebook. The English football club was started in 1874, and it has one of the largest fan bases across Europe.

The Chief Executive Officer at Trade Nation, Stuart Lane, said that the partnership was a significant milestone for Trade Nation. The broker also noted that it was working with a club that reflected the values of respect, ingenuity, and excellence. The partnership further sheds light on the commitment of the company to offer ideal trading solutions to its vast audience.

While this partnership will expand the presence of the broker across Europe, it is not the first sports deal by the company. The broker had initially secured a deal to sponsor the men’s and women’s teams of Wolverhampton Wanderers (Wolves), which is also a football club in England.

Trade Nation is also the patron of the Somerset Cricket Club. In April last year, the broker secured a sponsorship deal with Hampshire Cricket and Southern Vipers, and it was selected as the sleeve sponsor for the club.

The other sports-related deals that have been secured by the company include sponsorship for the race car driver known as George Jaxon. These sponsorship deals will help the company to increase brand awareness.
