The platform has also introduced the country’s first biometric verification card, the Bonus Platinum Biometric Card.
Ugi Sets To Revolutionize Customer Service With Personalized, Intelligent Assistance
Described as a revolutionary development in payment systems, this product allows users to make quick, secure payments by scanning their fingerprints, with the ability to make limitless secure contactless payments, setting a new standard in the industry.
Over time, Ugi has helped more than five million customers, holding over 60 million conversations. With its new technology, Ugi can follow the context throughout conversations, creating a more natural and empathetic experience that caters to customers’ needs.
The smart assistant now helps with applications like getting credit and debit cards, making payments, handling card password issues, wire transfers, and answering general questions. Ugi also knows what customers need before they ask and gives them the best help.
In the future, the bank plans to make Ugi even better and help with more things. Ugi is getting smarter by learning from what users do, ask, and tell it.
Ceren Acer Kezik, Executive Vice President at Garanti BBVA, said this new technology makes banking better. She said it doesn’t just turn banking into something digital; it makes it totally new and better.
