LinkedIn recently announced a new agreement that helps online shops improve how they handle payments. This deal lets merchants give their customers a faster and smoother checkout experience.

Revolut Wants To Provide A Comprehensive And User-Friendly Financial Platform

BigCommerce merchants can now accept more than 25 different currencies thanks to Revolut’s gateway. The platform gives high payment success rates and low transaction fees. It also removes extra charges for refunds or fraud checks.

Moreover, businesses looking to improve their payment processes will find this update cost-effective. BigCommerce merchants can now handle all parts of their payment processing right from their admin dashboard, making every operation simpler.

According to the firm, more than 45 million Revolut users can now pay straight from their Revolut balance, with a strong 98.5% authorization rate. Businesses also benefit from Revolut’s security measures, including strong fraud monitoring tools and PCI-DSS compliance, making transactions safe.

After a time of growth, Revolut linked up with BigCommerce. In 2023, the London fintech gained 12 million new customers, reaching 45 million by June 2024. Its revenue grew fast, from $1.1 billion in 2022 to $2.2 billion in 2023, showing how quickly it expanded.

In July 2024, Revolut got a banking license in the UK from the Prudential Regulation Authority. This license has some limits because it’s part of the usual “Authorization with Restrictions” for new banks in the UK. While finishing its UK banking setup, Revolut will keep running as usual.
