Bank of Ireland UK has announced a £100 million investment to improve Everyday Banking services over the next three years. The bank said the investment will bring better products, quicker payments, and more lending options for customers. The bank celebrates 200 years since it first launched in Northern Ireland.

According to the update, the investment will help retail and small business customers. It will speed up payments and enhance mobile banking features. This means customers can use more self-service options in the app. The bank will also bring in new products, including loans that support sustainable choices.

According to the update, the leader said this year is special for the bank as it marks 200 years since its first branch opened in Newry. She said as the bank celebrates this event, it is also looking ahead with confidence by improving its products and services.

The Bank Continues To Upgrade Branches And ATMs

The £100 million investment is part of a series of upgrades by the bank. Last year, the bank shared a £3 million plan to upgrade ATMs. Earlier, it spent £7 million to improve 13 branches in Northern Ireland. These changes help the bank serve customers better.

Bank of Ireland said it provides around £21.5 billion in lending across the United Kingdom. The bank offers several services for individuals and businesses in Northern Ireland. It also works with mortgage brokers and motor finance companies.

The bank said its customers can access many ways to manage their finances. It noted that customers can use its mobile banking services for 24 hours/day. They can also access in-person services and digital banking. Bank of Ireland revealed that bank staff is in its branches and contact centers. The bank also said customers can reach out to its fraud teams in case of any possible scam.
