Bank of America has introduced a smart transaction search tool with built-in investigation features on its CashPro platform. This tool will make financial management easier and faster for treasurers, corporate finance departments, and Chief Financial Officers. It offers users the same efficiency and convenience as personal finance tools.

CashPro is used by over 40,000 organizations worldwide and handles a vast collection of financial transactions such as trade finance activities, loans, deposits, and payments.

The Tool Enables Customers To Examine Transaction Details

The novel search tool, created from client insights, is part of the bigger CashPro Data Intelligence system. This system offers robust tools that provide complete insights into a firm’s treasury operations, making it easier to manage finances. The tool cuts down the time needed to find and monitor transactions.

Christian Stolcke, Financial Institutions, Governments, and NBFIs manager in Global Payments Solutions at Bank of America, said that CashPro Search helps many customers. It saves them a lot of time, especially those who have utilized it dozens of times since its launch.

He added that this tool can easily search across many accounts and apps. It allows clients to analyze transactions such as images, Swift GPI tracking details, incoming and sent messages, and payment status.

One of the best things about the new search tool is how it helps investigate things. Now, customers can check payment information directly on the CashPro platform to make sure payments are correct.

These questions cover different types of transactions, such as money from forex exchanges or loans, real-time payments, Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions, and payments within and abroad. The information from these questions goes straight to the service team to help solve them so customers can follow what’s happening and get updates immediately.

Clients Can Initiate And Track Requests Directly Within CashPro

Abbey Novack, who works with CashPro products for global payments at Bank of America, talked about how helpful these abilities are. She said the team has made it much easier to ask for help. Instead of calling or emailing, clients can now start and follow their requests right in CashPro. Novack added that this simplification reduces the paperwork clients have to deal with, so they can concentrate on more vital financial jobs.

The search tool is one of many tools in CashPro that enhances financial tasks.  Since its launch in September last year, CashPro Chat, using Bank of America’s Erica AI, has been used by millions of customers. Over 40% use this digital assistant to quickly get account details and find their way around.
