Through this partnership, Adobe Commerce clients can enhance their payment processes using Adyen’s unified commerce solution. By integrating offline and online payment solutions, merchants can gain a comprehensive view of client transactions, resulting in enhanced fraud prevention capabilities, improved payment success rates, and the ability to incentivize loyal customers.
The Vice President and Global Head of Partnerships at Adyen, Kyle Jenke, highlighted the importance of enterprise merchants connecting their data with personalized client experiences to surpass shopper outlook both in-store and online.
He further stated that this strategic alliance merges Adobe’s expertise in content, commerce, and analytics with Adyen’s global payment solutions and expertise to fuel the growth of enterprise merchants globally.
Meanwhile, the startup incubation arm, Etc, and BT Group’s digital has joined forces with Adyen to establish a solution designed for small enterprises. This collaborative effort aims to streamline in-person contactless payments via Tap to Pay on iPhone.
The partnership simplifies payment processes for small enterprises, allowing them to accept different payment means, including Apple Pay, credit and physical debit cards, and other digital wallets.

Adobe Commerce, an e-commerce platform as a service, was introduced on April 11, 2016, under the first name Magento Commerce. In April 2021, it was rebranded to Adobe Commerce, as part of a larger effort to integrate Magento into the Adobe Experience Cloud business unit.
It is available on both an on-premises edition and a cloud-hosted service provided by Adobe. The hosted version was introduced as Magento Enterprise Cloud Edition and later evolved into Adobe Commerce Managed Services.
