Ecommpay, a renowned payments platform, has added the Click to Pay feature to its online payment system. It is teaming up with Mastercard to help some customers use Click to Pay for safer and easier payments.
The company’s merchants are already enjoying the benefits of the integration. The new option helps to prevent fraud. It also offers more payment approvals for merchant-stored card payments using network tokens for in-app and online payments.
Click To Pay Converts Card Details Into Tokens At Checkout For Easier Transactions
Merchants can now give the same benefits to customers who use guest checkout. The Click to Pay service makes this possible as it turns customer’s card details into tokens at checkout, so they don’t need to type in card details or go to another page to complete the purchase.
Click to Pay is a new payment service that makes it easier for guests to check out without using passwords or typing in their card details.
The service recognizes users immediately. It doesn’t use a card number but a unique token that keeps customers’s details safe and secure. Furthermore, it is programmed with global payment rules, making transactions among several websites as smooth as possible.
The new feature follows EMVCo standards and is backed by major card networks. It offers quick and smooth payments on any device and browser.
Mastercard Says Click To Pay Will Increase Approval Rates By Up To 3%
Mastercard says merchants can boost approval rates by up to 3% and cut checkout times by as much as 50% using Click to Pay. It is built right into the checkout process, which means fewer customer transaction disruptions and less fraud, thanks to secure encryption.
Liudmila Zhelenkova, Head of Acquiring at Ecommpay, said Click to Pay allows customers to pay with just a few easy clicks and removes the trouble of entering card details. It offers a quicker and more secure payment experience.
The new, smoother payment process improves transaction success and conversion rates while maintaining the exact processing costs of regular card payments. Liudmila noted that Click to Pay will become more popular with merchants.
Zhelenkova added that Ecommpay’s primary goal is to make online payments as smooth as possible to help its customers grow their businesses. He stated that the company proudly provides a flexible and easy-to-use design. This simple setup works across different networks and devices, giving a smooth experience right in the checkout process on Ecommpay merchants’ websites.
Setting up Click to Pay is easy. Merchants need to talk to their account manager about adding Click to Pay to their checkout process at any time.
