Monzo, a digital bank in the UK, has rolled out a new investment feature for its customers. This investment gives customers a chance to buy funds controlled directly from BlackRock.

Monzo To Ensure Ease Of Investment

BlackRock will manage the investment fund. According to the announcement, the funds are classified into Balanced, Careful, and Adventurous options based on risk levels. The Balanced fund option has a medium risk of investment and reward.

The Careful choice goes with low-risk and low fund return, while the Adventurous option includes high risk but with more significant returns. Moreover, Customers have to decide on their choices.

According to Monzo officials, customers residing in the UK encounter several barriers to investing, which include the ease and affordability of investment processes and procedures. The idea is to create a seamless flow of information to enable customers to find the right funds to invest in.

This company has come to eradicate the problems customers are facing. Monzo has placed options for easy investment in their product and the tools and features of investment knowledge.

In the case of customer financial difficulty seen in the company’s data, opening new investments on the platform may take time and effort. The addition of investments and savings pot features will be on Monzo’s home screen. After a week, this addition will be accessible to entitled customers.

Monzo To Provide More Safety Features For Customers

Monzo’s monthly fee on purchaser’s investments is 0.59%. This consists of a platform fee of 0.45% and a fund fee of 0.14%. Moreover, customers can modify or pull out their funds at any time.

The new product was launched following YouGov’s research, authorized by Monzo. According to the study, 69% of customers in the UK need access to information about investment products.

The same research revealed that 60% would be willing to invest in a product or company if the minimum investment fund is low. Additionally, 24% of UK residents who have invested before admitted that they still need more information about their investments.
