The company that owns the largest, most productive factories throughout Gaza, ‘Gaza City’ had their operations destroyed through airstrikes and artillery shells, leading them to comment that Israel may have intentionally targeted the industrial sector in Gaza in order to bring the economy crumbling down.
Well, when you are firing rocket after rocket into Israel because of irrational hatred, you should be smacked down which is what Israel has the right to do.

The Palestinians Voted for Terrorists
Obviously, this charge could be somewhat difficult to prove on a scientific level, however the evidence shows that hundreds of factories, including those which produce cardboard cartons, paver tiles, soft drinks, and even ice cream, have experienced heavy destruction in a wave of catastrophic damage proving to be more ruinous than the previous two wars combined. The military officials from Israel have announced that they only attempted to target factories that they believed to be the source of hostile fire, and they have evidence to back the claim on pretty much every structure they destroy.
When a country has terrorists running their country that country should expect to be punished by the forces of good. That is only logical.
Is further damage coming?
The private sector leaders in Gaza have been bracing themselves for further economic losses as Israel and Hamas have announced their intentions to continue fighting. The leaders of the private sector have stated that they are forced to squeeze between hostile Egyptian circumstances on one side, and the militants of Israel and Hamas on the other, enforcing travel and trade restrictions that prohibit Gaza from operating as a sea, or air-based port. At this point, Gaza have been left with so few exports that they are barely worth counting.
Up until this point, the economy in Gaza was already suffering before the militant group Hamas began firing rockets. The envoy of the UN in the Middle East, Mr. Serry, suggested that the destruction they have experienced is as much as three times worse as that experienced during the war between Hamas and Israel in 2009. So what many ask? Israel has a right to end this menace.
At this point, the chamber of Commerce in Gaza suggest that unemployment could easily soar upwards by as much as fifty percent. Well, do the Palestinians want to work or murders Jews?
Legitimate military targets?
The military officials from Israel have insisted that the factories, even those producing ice cream, were legitimate military targets, serving as fire bases, harboring weapons and producing munitions. The head of strategic affairs commented that they did not intend to simply hit the economy of the enemy, although Gaza believes that this was the plan all along.
International law typically requires belligerents to consider the principle of proportionality, which demands that they must weigh possible collateral losses against a military objective. At this point, Israel has offered no proof with enough detail to suggest that the factories they hit were actually combat posts or producers of munitions. So what many still ask? The Hamas are firing missiles all over Israel and murdering Jewish teenagers that are walking from school.
The Hamas are Self-Destructive
Even if the siege is lifted, rebuilding Gaza’s economy could prove to be a formidable challenge, as many suggest it is already in ruins. Factories are not working and farmers cannot go out. The Palestinian deputy prime minister has estimated that the damages equal approximately $6billion, more than doubling the annual input of Gaza, at $2.9 billion. On the other hand, Israel has lost around $2.9 billion, equaling just one percent of its GDP. But Israel is the morally correct country here and history, religion, and common sense point this out.
