The trading card is a small sized card which is used for trading and collecting.
A trading card is a plastic card or a card made of stiff material.
Initially trading cards or plastic cards were distributed along with tobacco products and bubble gums. Later, more than the actual product like tobacco or bubble gum, the cards became the center of attraction.
The Trading Card serves the following Dual Purposes:
Trading : This is the voluntary exchange of goods and services that takes place in the financial markets. In trade there are two parties, the buyer and the seller. In commerce, a trader can be an individual or a group.
Cards can also be traded for commercial purposes.
Collecting: Many have taken up card collection as a hobby.
These collectible cards come in a pack of cards. The plastic cards or t rading cards resemble the normal playing cards.
