Real Estate Business Brokers are the persons who arrange the sale or purchase of a real estate property for the sellers and buyers of real estate and earn commissions for this act. They also help real estate buyers in financing their purchase using their contacts with mortgage bankers and different financial institutions. But a person, in the profession of a real estate broker should be authorized to work as an agent for the sale or purchase of real estate property. For this real estate brokers essentially need proper license from the state. Real estate brokers are known by different names in different countries. Whereas in U.K real estate business brokers are commonly called “Estate Agentsâ€, in U.S.A the term used is “Real Estate Agentsâ€.

Real Estate Business Brokers as Buyer’s Agents

The real estate business brokers can also work as Buyer’s Agents . In this case they help the buyers of real estate property to find a property of their choice and assist them to get the ownership of the property at lowest possible price under a suitable term. A Buyer’s Agent does the following for his clients:

• He searches real estate property for the buyer according to the specific need and affordability of the buyer.
• He accompanies buyers to the real estate property sites which may be suitable for them.
• If buyers find a real estate property according to their preference, buyer’s agents negotiates the price of the property in favor of the buyers so that his client can get the property at an affordable price.
• He also helps his clients to judge their financial capability. By taking help of mortgage bankers he assists his buyers to decide whether they will be able to buy the property or not.
• If everything goes well, sometimes, he also prepares real estate purchase contract and fills in the contract form on the behalf of his clients.
