The Neopets trading card game is a combination of Neopia and collectability of trading card games. The Neopets trading card game allows one to rebuild his deck of trading cards from a pack of trading cards.

Composition Of the Neopets Trading Cards

A Neopet trading card pack consists of a total of two hundred and thirty four trading cards. These trading cards come in packs of eighty eight.

When one sits to play, he plays with only fifty Neopet trading cards. Forty in his own deck and the remaining ten are the basic neopets.

Method Of Playing with the Neopets Trading Cards

On opening a Neopet trading card deck, one finds inside it a playmate which is intended for the players to sit on it and play.

The object of the Neopet trading card game is one is required to make ones neopets win in terms of strength, magic,intelligence and agility.

When an item card or an equipment card is said to have twenty one points in the bank, the player is said to have won.

Different types of Neopet trading Cards are:

Basic Neopet card: This is the only type of neopet trading card which is not played with the hand.

Experienced Neopet card: The experienced neopet plays in the same area as the old neopet played. The experienced neopet is tapped if the previous neopet was also tapped.

Hero card: The hero can enter the game at any point of time and strike out the villain quite like a neopet.

Villain card: A villain must be ousted before a player can begin a new game.

Equipment card: The equipment trading card gives it’s bonuses to Neopets.

Something Has Happened card: When this card is played, then one is required to show this card to the opponent and follow instructions. Once over, this card is to be discarded.

Item card: Items cards are played during a contest. They resemble equipment cards.

Location card: This type of card is not found in the Neopet base set of cards.
