Union Budget 2008-09 announced by finance ministry covered a variety of areas like Bharat Nirman program, agricultural credit, Eleventh Five Year Plan, investment in agriculture, flagship programs, water resources, women and children, investment, infrastructure, industry and trade, self help groups, financial sector, supplements to GBS and proposals.
