The bankers from Florence,Verona,Genoa during the 14th century also started trading with government securities. It were the Dutches in the History of Stock Market who inaugurated the concept of joint stock exchanges which led the people to buy share and become share holders and invest money in various businesses and get their part of profit and loss. The Dutch East India Company in the year 1602 brought out first shares on the Stock Exchange of Amsterdam and it was also the first stock exchange to bring out bonds and stocks in the History of Stock Market.

The Stock exchange of Amsterdam Stock Exchange is also known to be the first stock exchange in the History of Stock Market to inaugurate continuous trade during the early part of the 17th century.
