Net Banking
To access Net banking and make payments towards the HDFC credit card bill, a cardholder has to furnish the user ID and password. First time users must enroll for the service. To register for HDFC Net banking:
- Log on to www.hdfc.com and select the radio button ‘HDFC Bank Net Banking’ on the ‘Login to your account’ section on the top-right of the screen.
- Click on ‘Register now’ thereafter.
- On the new page, choose your preferred mode of registration. HDFC maintains three Net banking registration options such as through phone banking, at HDFC ATM and by completing the online registration form.
- To complete online registration, click on the ‘NetBanking form for Individuals’ options.
- Save the PDF form on your PC, complete it, and mail it to the nearest HDFC branch. The bank will subsequently issue you your IPIN.
Use the IPIN to login to HDFC Net banking, on the home page, and make payments towards your credit card.
Standing Instructions
This payment mode enables to setup monthly payments towards your HDFC credit card from your HDFC savings account. You need not pay the full credit card monthly balance under direct debit. HDFC offers the option to make the minimum monthly payments or a percentage of your monthly bill.
To register for HDFC direct debit:

Log onto www.hdfc.com and select ‘Cards’ under ‘Personal Banking’ on the main tool bar on the top.

From the ‘Credit cards’ section on the extreme left of the screen, choose ‘Payment options.’

On the new page, download the Autopay registration form under ‘Other Payment channels.’

Complete the form and mail it to the nearest HDFC bank branch.
The HDFC credit cardholders can select the National Electronics Fund Transfer (NEFT) option to make online payment towards their card from a non-HDFC account. To avail this service, login to the Net banking of the non-HDFC account and select the NEFT option.
