They also provide free services to many of their accounts, such as online banking, convenient account access, and 24/7 support.  Many transactions can be made online as well, to include paying bills, viewing statements and balances, and making transfers.[br]

To reach Citibank Customer Service, phone numbers and support information can be found online at their website’s “contact us” page – https://online.citibank.com/US/JRS/portal/contactus.do . Online banking support can be contacted at 1-800-374-9700, bank account information can be contacted at 1-800-627-3999. Credit card general account inquiries can be made to 1-800-950-5114, credit card online support phone calls can be made to 1-800-347-4934. Lost or stolen cards should be reported to 1-800-950-5114.

Requests and inquiries can also be made via email. Citibank online registered users are encouraged to sign on with their user information and passwords, in order to send a secure message. Those not registered for online banking can still send a message by clicking on the “send message” link that appears below the email heading. This opens a form window that can be used to make general comments and questions. A general topic should be chosen, along with entering first name, last name, email address, and phone number. Specific account questions however should not be sent in this manner. Fraudulent and suspicious emails should be forwarded to [email protected] . They advise that subject line not be changed in any way in order to ensure their proper investigation. These types of email can also be forwarded to the Federal Trade Commission [email protected] .[br]

In order to find the nearest Citibank branch office location or Citibank compatible ATM machines, individuals can use the Citibank Locator to enter their zip code in the bottom right corner of the “Contact Us” page and click on the Search button. This creates a pop up list of ten locations and their hours along with the services they provide and a map identifying their exact position. Customer representatives can be found at Citibank branch offices during regular posted office hours.
