Citibank Australia’s emphasis on online banking has resulted in Canstar Cannex granting the Best Online Banking in Australia award for 2009. Canstar Cannex praised the company’s efficient handling of call center operations and the ability to handle complaints. The company is focusing on internet banking since most of its customers are virtual bankers and branch-dependent.
