Chase Bank customers who are registered for online banking can also contact a representative via email by logging in to their Chase Online accounts with their User ID and password. Individuals who are not Chase Bank customers can complete an online form to email requests or inquiries. Replies are sent as soon as possible by either email, telephone, or US mail based on the information provided on the form.
