ATFX obtains new UAE license to expand Middle East presence
ATFX has obtained a Category Five license from regulators based in the UAE. This license will allow the brokerage company to access a new clientele base while also offering a wide range of services, including analysis and financial consultation.
The Category Five license was issued to ATFX Mena Financial Services LLC. The latter is a subsidiary of AT Global Markets Intl Ltd. ATFX Mena Financial Services LLC is behind the ATFX Brand and the trademark.
The UA office for the brokerage platform has an employee base of around 30. Moreover, ATFX is planning to achieve significant expansion in the Middle in the coming months, and this license was the first step to achieving this growth.
The founder and group CEO of ATFX, Joe Li, commented on the new license saying that the broker would use the license to put the needs of its clients first. Besides catering to its clients in the Middle East, the license would also cater to the broker’s global audience.
“ATFX is proud and excited to be awarded this license by the UAE’s Securities and Commodities Authority. With this license, we are able to realize our ‘client-first’ vision in the Middle East, particularly in the UAE, and provide our globally recognized offerings to our audiences here,” Li said.
Li has also said that the broker has also strived to become a friend and a partner to its clients. This offering would be available through innovative products, top-notch trading conditions, and the best client facilities.
The broker also said that it was launching its operations across the UAE to meet the global standard of regulation proposed by the SCA. ATFX has also said that it looks forward to playing a significant role in the growth of the financial landscape across the UAE.
