The two new indices available on MetaTrader 4 include the Volatility Index and the South Africa Top 40 Index. The retail forex and contract-for-difference (CFD) retail broker based in Geneva issued a statement on the same, saying that these indices would be accessible by the clients of Dukascopy Bank and Dukascopy Europe Live. The offerings will also be available to demo users.

In August, Dukascopy announced it would expand the tradable portfolio offered to clients. It would expand this portfolio by integrating 405 new stock CFDs into the platform. The CFDs that Dukascopy integrated are based on stocks of firms like Harley Davidson, a motorcycle manufacturer, the Spotify digital streaming platform, fashion brand Puma and computer manufacturer Dell.

Dukascopy adds 28 new CFDs to JForex users

Dukascopy is also expanding the offerings available to JForex users. The firm announced that it had grown its portfolio by launching 28 new CFDs from Mexico that would be available to the users of JForex. The latter is a proprietary trading platform.

Towards the end of January 2022, Dukascopy upgraded this platform from JForex3 to JForex4. The company has noted that JForex4 would continue operating as its main platform. The platform supports 1160 trading instruments such as FX, Bullion, commodity CFDs, bonds, indices, cryptocurrencies, stocks, and exchange trading funds. The offerings on the platform keep growing.

Dukascopy has also said that it provides MT4 as a complimentary platform but comes with a limited list of trading instruments. The brokerage platform also plans to have the MetaTrader5 platform available to all users in the near future.

In May 2022, Dukascopy unveiled a peer-to-peer cryptocurrency exchange to expand its crypto offerings. This service initially supported 12 of the largest cryptocurrencies and came with a bulletin board containing the buying and selling prices of various cryptocurrencies.

During the first half of the 2022 financial year, the company reported a 27% revenue growth. The revenues hit CHF 14.4 million, equivalent to $15.1 million. The figure is an increase from the CHF 11.3 million generated during the same period in the previous year. The company’s net profits during the first six months of 2022 also increased by 195% to CHF 1.44 million, representing significant growth in the company during the period.
