American Express Air Miles Payment Online: Key features

The key features of the Online Account service from American Express are that:

• You can make online payments once every 24 hours.
• You can make payments only after 30 days have expired from the time that you last changed your banking information or enrolled in a new bank account.
• You can make payments for dues for all credit cards held by you simultaneously.
• You can either manually manage your payment dues for the Air Miles credit card every month or pay automatically by using the AutoPay facility. 

American Express Air Miles Payment Online: Manual Payment

To manually pay your dues for your Air Miles credit card:

• Login to your Online Account.
• To view the bill details and pay your Air Miles credit card, select the card account by clicking the checkbox next to it.
• Fill in the appropriate payment information.
• Click Continue when you are ready to proceed.

A verification page will be displayed, allowing you to review and confirm your payment selection.

American Express Air Miles Payment Online: Autopay Enrolment

You can use the AutoPay facility to pay your dues for your Air Miles credit card by enrolling for the service. To enroll:

• Fill the enrollment form. You will need to provide your bank routing number and checking or savings account number.
• Select your payment option.
• Specify whether the account you are enrolling is a personal or business account and checking or savings account.
• Click the “I Agree, Enroll in AutoPay” link.

However, you can enroll for the service only if you are a basic cardholder. Corporate Card accounts are not eligible for AutoPay. Additionally, enrolling a personal checking account for small business automatic payments will violate banking regulations and may result in a returned payment from your financial institution.
