Tauro Markets, a newly introduced forex and contracts for differences (CFDs) broker, has announced that it has appointed Carla Nemr as its Chief Commercial Officer. Nemr was a member of Tickmill, but she left the company a few months ago.

Her main duty in the brokerage is to create and carry out global marketing plans. She will work hand in hand with shareholders and the management board to make sure the company’s long-term goals match the larger visions of the Synervest Group, an economic supporter of the broker.

Carla’s First Task Is To Draw Up A Clear Plan For The Business

A Tauro Markets representative noted that building and keeping customers will be very important for the broker to succeed in the future. The company is happy to work with Carla to develop the commercial systems and capabilities that will help Tauro become a leader in the coming years, the spokesperson added.

Her main goal is to set up a clear path for the company’s commercial plans. She will also make sure things run smoother inside and outside the company to improve how it works.

Nemr stated that her job is to ensure the firm has a solid plan in place that will help it grow, focusing on steps that will push the broker to the top. She added that she will work with the team to improve technology, market strategy, and operations to enable Tauro Markets to shine on an international level.

Tauro Markets was recently launched by Alexander Oelfke, the ex-Chief Executive Officer of  BDSwiss. He is also leading Tauro Markets as its Chief Executive Officer. The other two people who co-founded the platform are Konstantin Oelfke and David Dubrulle.

The brokerage’s headquarters is in Dubai and already boasts a team of over 100 workers across several locations and roles.

Tauro Markets Aims To Apply For More Licenses

Carla, who has already started her new job, is based at the company’s Dubai office. But since her work is global, she will be making trips to several important markets over the year.

In an interview, Oelfke stated that Tauro Markets is planning to establish teams in the APAC and LATAM regions. Moreover, the broker is currently licensed in St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Kuwait, and Mauritius, and also wants to apply for additional licenses.

Nemr departed Tickmill after working there for about eight years. When she joined the broker, she took on the role of Chief of Global Business Development and resigned as the Chief Business Development Officer. Nemr has more than 20 years of sales experience in different fields and has worked with brokerage companies like Amana Capital, Alpari, and FXTM.
