The Florida Association of the Realtors is one of the largest trade associations in the Florida. It serves more than 90,000 members and 10,000 member firms. It is considered as the voice for real estate in Florida. Florida Housing Market In 2006
The housing market in Florida is marked better recovery in the year 2006. Both the buying and selling activities in housing market were self-adjusting.
As to statistics, the sale of single-family existing homes totaled at 53,161 in the second quarter.
For the year 2006 it is expected that, the housing market in Florida will remain stable with a small increase in housing sales.
