International Association of Women Recognizes Tina Boson as a 2021-2022 Influencer

The International Association of Women (IAW) recognizes Tina Boson as a 2021-2022 Influencer. She is acknowledged as a leader in entrepreneurship. The International Association of Women (IAW) is a global in-person and online networking platform with more than 100 local chapters, international chapters and 1000-plus in-person and virtual events.

Although she has worked as an HR professional for 25 years, Tina Boson’s experience helping others through her ministry work influenced her decision to also become a Life Coach. “After working in HR and as a leader in ministry, it was while coaching and mentoring youth and women who were dealing with domestic violence situations that I started to feel fulfilled in my purpose in life and started preparing myself via education and further training,” she said. “Also, being married to a Senior Pastor of a church, I am always pulled on to assist people with their inner struggles, so I must be prepared.”

Through her business, TB Consulting, Ms. Boson, who has an MBA in HR Management and an MA in Christian Leadership, works as an HR Consultant and Life/Career Coach. Also a talented musician, Ms. Boson uses music therapy as a tool to connect with clients in solving interpersonal skills, spiritual development and career progression. Ms. Boson admits it can be challenging to find solutions for every client, be they individuals or organizations since everyone’s needs are so different. Yet she always strives to do what she can for each client. “It is rewarding when I can be successful in knowing that I was able to develop a strategy or solution that will add value and contribute to someone’s or a company’s overall success.”
