Fhenix is looking to speed up the adoption of its expanding ecosystem by rolling out two new programs. The two bounty and grant programs were launched to offer support and incentives to projects and developers who want to build their systems on Fhenix’s Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE).
The Grant program will be offering developers the opportunity to use Homomorphic Encryption to explore the strength of confidential computation.
Fhenix Is Receiving Applications For The Grant Program
The system is built for developers who want to design and launch confidential applications on-chain or those looking to build on the FHE infrastructure. Fhenix says the program is now receiving applications from interested participants all over the world.
The platform creates important tools and develops innovative use cases for developers who want to work using the FHE system. Applicants are required to state their major project milestones, KPIs, and deliverables. The eligible applicants will be selected for grants to help them build and develop their systems.
According to Fhenix, the grant page has been launched, and prospective grantees are now submitting their applications. The Fhenix team will review the grant applications to determine who is qualified.
The company says it will contact successful applicants to request further information from them where necessary. According to the company, the grant program will be targeting larger projects that want to enhance on-chain confidentiality via FHE.
The bounty program also complements the Fhenix grant, which was built to offer support to similar projects with a determined scope. Fhenix has also listed all the bounties on its bounty page at Fhenix.io, where all requirements for each activity are outlined. The firm says it wants to make it easier for applicants to understand the requirements and application processes.
Fhenix Aims To Enhance Ethereum Application Development
With the new Fhenix grant and bounty programs, more developers will have the chance to learn about the EVM-compatible Layer 2 and build projects that use Fully Homomorphic Encryption. This will show off the different ways FHE can be used to ensure privacy in applications.
Fhenix is the pioneer among Ethereum Layer 2 solutions in offering confidential smart contracts with Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE). FHE is a new cryptographic technique that allows computations on encrypted data.
Fhenix is fully compatible with Ethereum’s Virtual Machine (EVM), so developers can write their contracts in Solidity, use their usual development tools, and selectively encrypt them using FHE. One aim of Fhenix is to improve Ethereum application development by incorporating confidentiality into smart contracts, on-chain assets, and transactions for the first time.
Fhenix is an Ethereum Layer 2 platform that allows confidential smart contracts using Fully Homomorphic Encryption for improved data privacy. It was developed by the Fhenix Technologies team and officially launched in 2024.
