EBC Financial Group (EBC) has introduced more than 100 fresh contracts for difference (CFDs) based on US-listed exchange-traded funds (ETFs). This expansion strengthens the company’s existing suite of offerings and grants clients broader access to theme-oriented trading tools.
Among the new CFDs are ETFs listed on both the NASDAQ and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). These funds are managed by major asset firms including iShares (BlackRock), Vanguard, and State Street Global Advisors. The product lineup spans several market sectors and broad macroeconomic themes.
EBC Financial Group Aims To Broaden Access Through Innovative ETF CFDs
EBC stated that these ETF CFDs provide access across a variety of areas, such as regionally focused indexes like the iShares MSCI Brazil ETF and income-based vehicles like the iShares iBoxx $ High Yield Corporate Bond Fund. They also include industry-specific funds such as the Vanguard Health Care ETF and the United States Oil Fund LP.
Other segments include equity baskets of mid-cap stocks, dividend-yielding indexes, and style-driven tracking products.
Certain ETFs have historically delivered different results depending on how the market performs. For instance, in the post-COVID recovery of 2021, the iShares MSCI Brazil ETF outperformed the S&P 500. This illustrates that thematic investment vehicles can react uniquely to market developments compared to general benchmarks.
These CFD offerings permit leveraged trades and provide the option to enter both long and short positions. Traders benefit from bypassing traditional fund charges and brokerage fees when using CFDs instead of direct ETF investments. All trades are executed in real-time through EBC’s platforms.
At the same time, EBC has initiated a knowledge-focused partnership with Brokeree Solutions to promote educational initiatives around copy trading.
Brokeree supplies a Social Trading solution that works seamlessly with MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and cTrader, allowing cross-platform strategy replication. EBC plans to supply market knowledge and support copy trading as a learning tool. The partnership will produce informative materials and lead webinars centered on trading tactics and risk control.
