Proprietary trading platform, Instant Funding recently announced its intention to migrate to DXtrade. The platform shifted its focus to DXtrade some weeks after it stopped offering its service to traders in the UK. The firm shared an update on X highlighting the progress and forthcoming achievements in the DXtrade migration process.
Instant Funding Will Offer A Step-By-Step Guide To Help Users During The Migration
The company promised its users a streamlined transition, underscoring thorough testing to guarantee a seamless change to the novel platform.
Instant Funding further explained that users should not be worried about their account information. The company will Auto-update account login details and inform users through email as soon as they are updated. To continue trading, users just have to log in to DXtrade with the new credentials.
To help users during the migration process, Instant Funding promised to offer a step-by-step guide once the integration is complete. This guide seeks to provide extensive support to users using the new platform.
To make up for any downtime, the company will provide active US traders a 30% discount code and a free $10,000 One-Phase Challenge when moving to DXtrade.
Per the announcement, the firm revealed that it has finished configuring the new platform, incorporating liquidity providers, and strengthening the team with the addition of more consultants and staff.
Previously, Instant Funding revealed changes through social media as a result of the partner broker ThinkMarket’s decision to stop service to US customers. This is in line with an instruction from the company’s present brokerage platform provider. Although this may worry traders, the firm has assured steps are taken to reduce disruptions.
The Firm Wants To Launch Dxtrade As An Alternate Platform For Global Trading
Instant Funding plan to roll out DXtrade as a backup platform for US and worldwide trading, targeting a transition while maintaining active accounts.
ThinkMarkets’ action followed a pattern of limitations on US customers by companies like Blackbull, and Purple Trading with speculations surrounding Eightcap. Purported influence from MetaQuotes could be behind these actions.
Though not verified, reports suggest an order to terminate services to traders in the US. Other companies such as FTMO and The5ers, apply similar restrictions.
Instant Funding is always working with their solicitors in the US and UK and other consultants to guarantee complete adherence at all times. The firm aims to operate with the highest level of transparency and integrity and invite traders who appreciate these standards.
