Crypto.com has reached a new record by exceeding 100 million users worldwide. This marks a major accomplishment for the firm since its founding in 2016. The crypto exchange credited this success to its recent advertising campaigns, which comprise collaborations with well-known personalities, events, and venues.
The Firm Wants To Provide More Products To Individual Investors In Dubai
Some of the promotional endeavors involve hosting the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix and NHL and NBA playoff matches at the Crypto.com Arena. In addition, the company recently introduced a movie for its brand titled “INEVITABLE” within the “Fortune Favors the Brave” campaign.
The Chief Executive Officer of Crypto.com, Kris Marszlek stated that promoting their brand through iconic partnerships and engaging campaigns has made the company become a widely recognized brand. He added that he is happy that the company has exceeded the 100 million user landmark.
In May, Crypto.com was licensed by Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority to provide complete services in institutional cryptocurrency trading under a newly introduced platform named Crypto.com. The exchange’s local division, CRO DAX Middle East FZE, acquired a cryptocurrency Service Provider permit last year.
The Crypto.com Exchange, tailored for both qualified and institutional retail investors, provides a variety of services, such as over-the-counter offerings, staking brokerage, and spot trading.
The exchange aims to enhance its standing in the worldwide digital currency market through the launch of the Crypto.com application. Additional products for individual investors in Dubai are also part of this initiative.
Crypto.com Is Expanding Its Presence In Other Regions
Besides Dubai, Crypto.com wants to expand its footprint in other areas. This involves a recent announcement about a customized trading platform for Consumers in South Korea. Furthermore, in February, Brazil’s BTG Pactual and Crypto.com joined forces to bolster financial offerings in Latin America.
The alliance strengthens Crypto.com’s existing position in Latin America, where it possesses a Payment Institution permit from the Central Bank of Brazil. The exchange has also acquired licenses in the UK, France, Spain, and the Netherlands.
Crypto.com is a crypto exchange firm located in Singapore. It provides many financial services like direct payment service in digital currency, NFT marketplace, exchange, non-custodial DeFi wallet, and an app. In June last year, the firm had 4,000 employees and 80 million customers. The company offers its exchange token, Cronos (CRO)
The firm was originally established in 2016 by Rafael Melo, Kris Marszalek, Gary Or, and Bobby Bao in Hong Kong as “Monaco”. In 2018, it was rebranded as Crypto.com after the acquisition of a domain held by Matt Blaze, a professor and cryptography researcher.
