CFI Financial Markets, the UAE branch of CFI Financial Group, has declared a change in leadership, with Jareer Hiary assuming the position of Chief Executive Officer. Hiary will replace Nidal Abdel Hadi, who will now concentrate on personal projects. This change comes shortly after the introduction of CFI’s SCA-regulated unit in the UAE as a Category One authorized broker.

Hiary’s Appointment Awaits Final Regulatory Approval

Hadi formerly held the position of Chief Executive Officer at the group’s DIFC unit, Credit Financier Invest Limited, before assuming leadership at CFI Financial Markets LLC. He significantly contributed to establishing the latter as a governed organization under the purview of the UAE’s Securities and Commodities Authority.

Hiary brings loads of experience to his new position. His experience within the CFI Group commenced in 2018 when he enrolled in the Jordanian division and quickly advanced to the roles of Co-Head and Branch Manager of Business Development.

Sharing his excitement for his new position, Hiary noted that he is privileged to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer and guide the group’s Emirati entity in its next stage of expansion. He added that leveraging the robust foundation and recent accomplishments of Nidal, he anticipates leading the team toward more success and innovations.

Throughout his time in Jordan, Hiary played a significant role in the success and growth of the division, demonstrating business acumen, industry knowledge, and talent. These qualities made him an excellent candidate to lead CFI UAE’s next stage of development in the United Arab Emirates. Official confirmation of Hiary’s appointment as the Chief Executive Officer is awaiting final regulatory approval.
