Broadridge Financial Solutions has added new features to its OpsGPT platform. The updated version now helps with tracking settlement problems and checking inventory in real time.

The platform, which was first shared to support post-trade teams in financial companies, has been improved to handle the pressure of quicker settlement times and higher capital costs.

Broadridge Aims To Improve Efficiency And Risk Management

According to Broadridge, the goal of the upgrade is to help these teams manage risk better and work more smoothly. The changes aim to speed up manual tasks, improve decisions, and make trade handling more efficient.

The company revealed that there are three main improvements in this new version. The first tool looks into failed trades, finds the exact problem, and gives steps to fix it quickly.

One feature helps track inventory across the globe in real time. The company mentioned that it identifies gaps and suggests better ways to move assets, helping teams use capital more wisely.

Another tool reads emails, picks out key details, and finds matching records from internal systems, allowing teams to respond faster. These tools work with built-in agent functions that turn business data into simple steps and carry them out automatically.

The company explained that the improvements are powered by the BRx data system, which connects information from different asset types and trading platforms. This helps reduce delays, improve capital use, lower daily costs, and manage risks with quick access to important data.

Broadridge Seeks To Strengthen Leadership And Supporting Financial Operations

The upgrade is part of a wider effort to help post-trade teams keep up with changes in how trades are handled. The company noted that it gives teams tools to work faster and smarter, instead of relying on slow, manual steps.

Larry Conover was recently named Vice President and Special Advisor for Proxy and Corporate Actions. The company shared that he brings nearly 30 years of experience from firms like Fidelity Investments and BNY Pershing, adding strength to the leadership team.

Broadridge processes more than 7 billion messages each year and supports daily trades valued at over $10 trillion. It revealed that it has over 14,000 employees working across more than 20 countries.

According to the company, it provides tools and services that support investing, governance, and communication. It emphasized that its focus is to help clients stay strong and reach their goals with steady, reliable support.

Broadridge was formed after separating from Automatic Data Processing. It stated that today, it offers solutions for shareholder reports, proxy tasks, and virtual meetings, along with systems for trading, governance, asset services, and wealth management across the finance sector.
