The state capital, Montgomery, the second most populated metropolitan area in he state, has seen modest growth in recent years as compared to the 4.47 per cent increase in the Birmingham-Hoover-Cullman area and the 6.12 per cent increase in the Mobile-Daphne-Fairhope metropolitan areas. These favorable statistics indicate positive growth for the future of Alabama real estate.
