Raen Trading, a prop trading firm that targets institutional clients, has announced the launch of a global trader recruitment program. The firm has also collaborated with Trading Technologies to facilitate the new program. Following the launch, new and aspiring traders now have access to the tools used by professional traders.
Taen Trading Says The Program Targets Undiscovered Trading Talent
Taen Trading is launching its Talent Scouting program to recruit undiscovered traders globally. Participants will demonstrate their trading abilities for a chance to join the proprietary firm, using the same trading and training tools as Raen’s professionals, and gaining exposure to the firm’s structured environment.
The program’s format resembles a global audition, where participants demonstrate their trading skills in direct competition with others. It is open to individuals who believe they can trade the futures markets. Taen says the assessment will be based on measurable trading performance indicators, including profitability, risk management, and consistency.
The aim is to help traders move smoothly from independent to structured trading by providing access to professional tools. This opportunity is designed to accelerate their onboarding and skill development.
The Program Aligns With Industry Trends For Pop Trading Firms
Chief Executive Officer of Raen Trading, Ryan Wright, commented on the development. He explained why the program was built on the Trading Technologies (TT) platform. “TT sets the standard for professional trading infrastructure,” he said, adding that it’s what Taen Trading has been relying on.
Wright said it’s important for new traders to have world-class access to professional-grade institutional platforms. They should have access to the same tools professionals use, which will speed up their learning and help them to become top traders.
TT provides risk tools, surveillance, analytics, data, order management, and proper execution across over 100 markets. Last year, the platform handled more than 2.8 million transactions, reflecting its presence in proprietary trading firms, funds, brokers, and banks. Raen Trading wants to give novice traders access to institutional-grade trading tools, especially to those eager and willing to learn.
Raen Trading stated that the collaboration with Trading Technologies will narrow the gap between structured prop trading and independent trading. New traders will now have the opportunity to use all the tools normally reserved for larger financial players.
Raen states the partnership mirrors a broader industry trend of prop firms proactively attracting, training, and developing new trading talent through innovative recruitment methods.
The collaboration also means traders can enjoy Trading Technology’s CFO-X platform, a UK-regulated digital asset derivatives exchange. The exchange targets institutional traders, but will now be made available to new traders under the partnership with Raen Trading.
