FYNXT, a company that helps brokers with tools to manage clients and partners, revealed that it worked with CMC Markets to add its Client Portal and Partner Portal to CMC’s list of services. It said these portals would give CMC’s retail traders, business clients, and introducing brokers a smoother online experience.
CMC Markets, known for offering trading services worldwide, operates in cities like London, Sydney, Singapore, and Bermuda.
FYNXT Aims To Support CMC Markets With Easy-to-Use Digital Tools
FYNXT stated that in order to make things simpler for all users, its staff collaborated closely with CMC to develop new digital portals. According to the statement, the Client Portal was created to allow retail traders to handle deposits and withdrawals, check their information, and manage their accounts from a single location linked to CMC’s trading platforms.
According to the company, the Partner Portal was created to introduce brokers, partners, and affiliates and provides them with tools to monitor their progress, check their commissions, and see how many people they have referred. According to FYNXT, these technologies would assist partners in running their companies and monitoring everything.
FYNXT claims that CMC selected its services due to its expertise in developing safe and adaptable solutions for brokers. According to Aeby Samuel, the head of FYNXT, CMC’s ambition to deploy better technology and maintain efficiency aligned with what FYNXT provides. He clarified that the portals will enable brokers to maintain client satisfaction while expanding more quickly.
According to the organization, this relationship will enable CMC to provide its clients with easy ways to sign up and receive the assistance they require, enabling it to serve them wherever they may be. More brokers are now searching for technologies that simplify their work and allow them to concentrate on their clients, it was said.
FYNXT Wants To Give Brokers More Trading Options Through DXtrade Integration
Another update from FYNXT revealed that it included DXtrade, a trading tool from Devexperts, to enhance its Client Manager and IB Manager. Brokers could now use DXtrade within FYNXT’s system, according to FYNXT, allowing them to accomplish all of their tasks in one location.
According to Aeby Samuel, his team believed that this was a wise decision because it provided brokers with additional options for trading a variety of assets. He said that DXtrade combined trading, risk management, liquidity management, and service integration features into a single, simple cloud setup. Brokers now have the option to choose DXtrade as their primary trading platform, he noted.
DXtrade was developed by Devexperts, who claimed that the technology would free brokers from having to worry about additional setup work so they could concentrate on trading and attracting clients. Brokers using FYNXT’s system could now begin managing clients and partners immediately because everything they needed was already set up, according to Jon Light of Devexperts.
