TIOmarkets has chosen Andreas Skianis to be its new Global Head of Partners. He shared on LinkedIn that he is happy to take on this role and looks forward to working with the talented team.
Before this, Skianis held the position of Head of Partners at IC Markets, where he handled partner relationships and helped the business grow, according to reports.
Skianis Briefly Worked As Global Business Development Manager At M4Markets
Earlier, he worked at IronFX, serving as the Head of Business Development for Asia and Africa. Skianis also held a temporary position as Global Business Development Manager at M4Markets.
He worked at HotForex for over six years, where he had different roles, such as Head of Asia Business Development. During his time at HotForex, he helped the company grow by finding new business deals, forming partnerships, and opening education centers in Asia. He also helped train staff and looked for new ways to grow in different regions.
Recently, TIO Markets UK Limited, the UK branch of TIOmarkets, went through changes and organizing in 2022. This led to its revenue dropping to $34,171 from $150,961 the year before. The cost of sales rose to $197,131 from $145,935, and administrative costs went up to $807,729 from $446,096.
The company earned $970,645 from other income, up from $441,041, which helped it stay balanced, just like the previous year. A filing with Companies House said the updates in 2022 included changing compliance rules and processes due to new regulations.
The firm provides CFDs in areas like commodities, single stocks, indices, and FX. Along with the UK, TIOmarkets conducts its business worldwide with a license from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. These numbers only show the business from the UK branch, not the rest of the company.
Nick Jay Was Appointed Chief Operating Officer And FX Consultant At TIOmarkets
TIOmarkets recently appointed Nick Jay as it’s Chief Operating Officer and FX Consultant. Jay shared in a LinkedIn post that a new adventure awaits him, and he is very excited to do his best to help the company reach its full potential.
Jay is an experienced leader in the FX world and has worked for several top companies. He came to TIOmarkets from Muinmos, where he worked as a Business Consultant.
He also worked for M4Markets and XtremeMarkets as Chief Business Development Officer at both places. Jay’s past roles include Global Sales Manager at IronFX Global.
When announcing his new job, Jay also said he is looking for a Business Development, Sales, or Retention Specialist to work with him in this role.
