Major crypto trading platform Bybit recently invited global university students to show off their creativity by designing official merch, and it is offering $50,000 in USDT. The amount represents the total prize pool from which the winners will be rewarded, and apart from the money, this is a unique opportunity for them to help shape Bybit’s brand identity.

Bybit Launches A Merch Designing Contest For Students Around The World

Bybit is the world’s second-largest crypto exchange by volume, and its new Bybit Merch Creative Challenge was just announced yesterday, January 2.

The competition is open to all university students around the world, and it underscores the firm’s goal of establishing and growing its global community. Plus, it will be a good way to showcase the growing influence of digital currencies globally.

Not only that, but the exchange sees this as a great opportunity to encourage the next generation of talent to engage with crypto, and support their role in shaping the growing crypto sphere.

Those who decide to join the contest have to design exclusive Bybit merchandise, which captures the brand’s values, distinct character, and bold style. The exchange’s judges will then evaluate the submissions based on multiple factors, such as creativity, market appeal, functionality, and alignment with its brand guidelines.

What Do You Need To Know About The Competition?

Students can submit their creations over the next two weeks, ending on January 15. Then, there will be a review and public voting period between January 16 and 31, followed by the announcement of the winners on February 1.

The exchange will offer several prizes, including 10,000 USDT for 1 winner of the Creative Excellence Award, 5,000 USDT for each of the three winners of the Visual Impact Award, 3,000 USDT for each of the five winners of the Rising Star Award, and 1,000 USDT each for ten winners of the Outstanding Design Award.

The exchange’s Sales and Marketing Director, Joan Han, said that the exchange is here for all those who dream about changing the world. Han added: “This challenge provides a platform for young creative talents to present their unique perspectives and contribute to the evolving crypto landscape. We are excited to see the innovative and creative designs that emerge from this competition.”
